As part of the preventive measures put in place in our institution, the workshops are limited to five persons and registration is compulsory.

WHAT IS TPE?

TPE (Therapeutic Patient Education) is a set of activities (information, advice, learning, support, evaluation, etc.) organised in a programme of collective or individual sessions.

This programme allows you and your loved ones to become involved in your disease, and acquire skills and attitudes to handle your disease and its treatments as best as possible.

WHO IS THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION FOR?

All persons with cancer.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF ETP?

Help you to:
↪ Better understand your disease, your treatments and their possible side effects as well as the precautions to take
↪ Manage them better in your daily life
↪ Cope with changes in your life
↪ Be more independent
… to make life easier for you and your loved ones

A trained multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, nurses, radiotherapy technicians, pharmacy assistants, psychologists, physiotherapists, sophrologists and socio-estheticians leads all the thematic workshops.
