The Antoine Lacassagne Center’s website offers healthcare professionals a learning platform for courses on the various oncology specialities and for communication with the Center’s teaching team.

For candidates: your first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, the position sought, the type of contract desired, your curriculum vitae, a cover letter, the captcha and a customisable message.

For contact requests: title, your first and last name, email and your customisable message.

For students and healthcare professionals: your first and last name, email address, profession, speciality, institution, institution town, department and a customisable message.

Some of the personal data collected are essential to achieve the above purposes and provide the requested services most optimally. Optional data are collected to establish as much as possible a “tailor-made” service to best meet your needs on the website and consequently, establish a relationship of trust between you and us.

Recipients

Your personal data are intended solely for the authorised services of the data controller. This includes the healthcare team, the authorised administrative services of the Antoine Lacassagne Center and the Mediterranean Institute of Proton Therapy within the limits of their missions, and the supervisory bodies or institution exercising a public service under the conditions provided for by the law.

If processing is commercial prospecting, the retention period is three (3) years from the date of the last interaction between you and our services.

For recruitment, personal data collected are kept for the time necessary to process the application. If you are not selected, your personal data will be kept for two years from the date of the last contact between you and the Antoine Lacassagne Center.

This period allows us to re-evaluate your application for a position that suits your profile.

If you are hired, these data will be essential for managing your professional file and will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they will be processed and within the applicable limitation periods.
